Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance Management Specialist

Ian brings extensive asset management and engineering leadership experience across heavy industry, resources and consulting to his role as State Manager Qld.

He helps organisations create more value from their assets by strengthening the way people, systems and technical decisions connect. With a career spanning mining, alumina, cement, sugar milling, oil and gas, and iron ore, Ian has held senior roles across engineering, maintenance, operational readiness, project management and asset management. This gives him a practical understanding of how assets perform in complex operating environments, and what it takes to improve them.

Ian’s practical experience is underpinned by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management.
